A stoic and soft spoke individual in his day to day life, few would assume upon first meeting him that Karl is in fact a firm and unwaviering voice against the forces of moral decay and the criminal element that stains the cities good name.

That said Karl Swann is also well known for his Anti-Superhero stance as well speaking out publically against the seemingly heroic acts of such personalities as Superman or Batman. Often time portraying them in his articles as just another element contributing to the moral decay of society as a whole.

Beyond all this however Karl well meaning and struggles to make sense of the world that often times seems beyond hope.
