ATTRACTIVE – Jai is incredibly beautiful and has a habit of turning heads where ever he goes. Whether dressed in a tuxedo, a burlap sack or mud, he is always likely to make people swoon. This serves him quite well as a model. Sometimes it can be a bane as well because people always notice when he is around.

BALANCE - Jai can run across ropes or rails, stand on top of posts, effortlessly climb ropes and can easily recover from being thrown. Movement for Jai is unhindered while doing these things. Jai can also balance with their eyes closed.

DAMN HEALTHY! - Jai possesses great health, a combination of the nature of his power, and his religious attention to maintaining his physique, added to this is simply great genetics, which all keep him in peak physical health.

FAST THINKER: Jai is an incredibly quick thinker and this grants him a number of advantages. Firstly he can read a book in a matter of seconds and retain the information within, this being the primary contributor behind his knowledge of the sciences he uses to do his 'job'. Secondly it means incredible reflexes, meaning he can easily sidestep bullets and make it almost impossible for someone to lay a hand on him unless he is caught totally unawares or otherwise manipulated. While he can think at the speeds he is moving, it is worth noting that the faster Jai goes the more distorted the world around him gets. Especially when he begins approaching the speed of light. The colors begin to fade out of the landscape and things just begin to look weirder in general. While he has become use to this it also makes understanding tiny details in the environment more and more difficult the faster he is going.

POWERS:

Hyper Speed: There is no real telling just how fast Jai West is because he is deathly afraid of going any faster than between 93,000 and 100,000 miles per second. This is because he has a deeply rooted psychological fear of going to fast lest he be aged again. But as for actually speed, a simple way of putting it is that Jai is the Fastest Man Alive and nobody can, insofar as he knows other than his sister, outrace him on a fair playing field. He has absolute control over his speed and can keep up with anything from your average person out for a stroll to the likes of Superman speeding across the globe.

Speed Feats: Jai is capable of numerous speed related feats, below is a list of the more common ones he does, and how they work using the science of super-physics:

Dismantling Touch: Jai has become quite adept at moving so fast that he cannot be seen and dismantling a weapon in the hands of it's wielder. Jai is quite capable of taking apart multiple weapons in an instant, making a group of armed thugs pointing pistols at him instantly become a group of unarmed thugs about to get beaten. This works equally well for disarming things such as bombs when time is of the essence.

Friction Burns: By increasing the vibration of his hands many times over and causing the molecules within whatever he is touching to become agitated, Jai is able to heat things up. In a matter of seconds he can turn your average thug's gun n to a white-hot piece of metal in his hand. He himself is immune to the incredible heat of this due to his own internal vibrations an his aura that keeps his body from being burned/

Speed Wake: Jai is able to create various atmospheric effects which can help or hinder those around him based on how he manipulates the wake which is left from his hyper movements. He has in the past created small cyclones by rotating his hands that have been able to blow things and people over as well as create much larger ones that could behave just like a real cyclone. He could also use this ability to create a pillow of air to cushion someone from a particularly nasty fall. Because of a peculiar function of the West twins auras, they can become caught up in the wake of other super speedsters, and be dragged along.

Whirlybird: Jai is able to hold his hands out to the side and spin so fast that he lifts off of the ground. While he does not often need to use this given the fact that he can run up the side of even the tallest buildings it is there if he ever needs to call upon it.

Hyper Strength: Jai is capable of feats of superhuman strength, able to lift up to about 1.5 tons. Doing so requires a great deal of energy, and he requires an increase his caloric intake to replenish his energy levels, and requires rest afterwards.

Hyper Recovery: Jai can recover much faster and more completely than other people who are injured or sick. His healing ratio is about 60:1 That is to say that if he were to break a bone, while it would take a normal person nearly two months to recover, he could heal in about two days. Likewise if he somehow managed to become sick, say with the flu, he could recover in a matter of hours rather than a week. Jai’s powers will always function but require a higher caloric intake later on to pay for the recovery. This is one of the reasons that he always eats so as to always have enough energy to deal with injuries. Jay’s healing rate is not so fast that medical assistance becomes difficult, bones can be set, and even surgeries performed,.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Tai chi: Unlike his predecessors, Jai actually knows a martial art style. He principally learned the art because of the believe of it improving health and longevity, but because he actually does possesses "inner power" he is able to do such things as turn a person's strength ant attacks against them. With his speed he can choose to inflict damage or subdue an opponent with the energy they use against him.

Athletics: Although he would never be allowed to compete on any official capacity, Jai is an athlete at heart, possessing all the skills of a gymnast and a body builder. His speed does give him an advantage, but it is based on actual talent.

General Knowledge: Jai has a whole plethora of facts that he has learned from his experiences, as well as through speed reading all manner of books. While he does not remember everything that he reads he does hold on to a surprising amount of what could be called trivia, but occasionally contains useful information.

Geography: For somebody who can run across the world in a very small amount of time a knowledge of geography is very important. While running over the Himalayas is possible it is much easier to skirt around them on a highway or through some plains simply because it is the faster alternative. While he does not know every inch of the Earth by heart, Jai has been to a great many places and knows the quickest route to most major cities on the planet from Keystone. Beyond that he knows the layout of Keystone and Central Cities by heart.

Scholar: Jai has had a formal education, including high school and college and as such has a great deal of the 'general' knowledge one acquires in these institutions. As well as making him not look like a lunkhead at parties, his education also adds to his problem solving skills and allows him to look at problems literally and solve them in ways different from the obvious. He isn't a genius but he's no slouch either.

Modeling: Jai is a model, and knows all the tools and tricks of the trade, having done everything from walking the catwalk, to dancing in clubs.

DISADVANTAGES:

Voracious Appetite: Jai requires a tremendous number of calories per day, as such he eats much more frequently and larger meals than other people. He begins to suffer the effects of starvation in less than 48 hours, the amount of food needed is proportional to the amount of activity he performs, so the caloric intake can vary between 5000 and 20,000 calories per day.

Gerascophobia: For very obvious reasons, Jai is terrified of growing old, and is extremely uncomfortable around people who show the more debilitating effects of advanced age. One side effect of this fear is that he will not run faster than .5 light speed (the speed of lightning) for fear of the speed force aging him due to the death effect.

Code (against Killing): Jai's own fear has led him to the belief that all life is sacred and does not believe in killing.

Expressive Face: Jai has the exact opposite of a poker face, what ever he is feeling registers on his face, making him easy to read. He can even register simultaneous of emotions like amusement, annoyance and contempt.

Exhibitionist: Jai likes his body, a lot. He does not run around naked, but he does like to be seen in clothes that show off his physique. Jai even has more than one costume.

Speed Wakes: Like ocean currents are for swimmers, so to is the speed wake to a speedster, at least in the case of the children of Wally West. Because of his attunement to the speed force, Jai can be caught up and dragged along in another's speed wake, especially if he is not prepared for it. If caught in it Jai will have a difficult time breaking free of it.

UNIFORM:

Jai wears man costumes chief amongst them is a costume that is like a streak of varying shades of blue that give him the appearance of the air itself in motion.

EQUIPMENT:

Jai likes to have the latest and greatest technology has to offer, so he currently has a Google Phone, the newest Ipod and Quad Core Laptop.

TRANSPORTATION:

Jai relies on his own two feet to get around, everything else is just way too slow.

RELATIVES:

Linda Park West _ Mother Jai sees his mother as a pillar of strength, who held the family together after the tragic loss of his father. Jai also sees his mother as a thorn in his aspirations, someone to rebel against, in his desire to follow in his father's footsteps as a hero.

Wally West - Father (deceased) Like every speedster before him Jai lives in his father's shadow. The very reason that he did not take up the mantle of the Flash is that it seems to be a predefined role. He does however honor his father's memory which is why he chose to become a hero.

Iris West II- Sister Iris is not only Jay's twin sister, but almost a mirror opposite of him, thoughtful where he is impulsive, obedient where he is willful. But he trusts his big sister, and will listen to her wisdom, even if he doesn't appear to follow it..

Barry Allen - Great Uncle (deceased) To Jai, Barry Allen is the great link in the chain, the one his father aspired to be like, the one that Jay Garrick passed the torch to. In Jai's mind, his great uncle is the impossible light that shines backward and forward on the speedster line.
